Attendance Reminders

School attendance is important because students are more likely to succeed in academics when they attend school consistently.  It’s difficult for the teacher and the class to build their skills and progress if a large number of students are frequently absent.  Dismissal at middle school is very busy as students are transitioning to games, academic events, and buses.  Please refrain from early pickups between 2:15 and 2:40pm.

Please also be mindful that we reserve the right to not interrupt classroom instruction for delivery of forgotten school items.  Reminds students to pack up their assignments and athletic equipment nightly so that there are no forgotten items.

Fall Concerts October 24 and 25

Fall concerts are scheduled at JMHS on Monday October 24 (Choral) and Tuesday October 25 (Instrumental).  Concerts begin at 7pm.
