Spring Break Education Fun
Over Spring Break, Kyle went with his family to Colonial Williamsburg. Here is a picture of him next to a Cotton Gin. We learned about the Cotton Gin (which was invented by Eli Whitney) right before Spring Break. Thanks for sharing your educational adventure!

Lafayette Olympics Pictures
Our class had a great time today with the Lafayette Olympics. Mrs. Hulick was able to snap a few pictures of our class while we were doing a few events.

SCA Canned Food Drive
The SCA is sponsoring a Canned Food Drive. It started today and will go until next Friday, November 18. We are accepting any cans or boxed items. On Tuesday, November 22, The non-perishable items will be delivered to the Bragg Hill Family Life Center. The homeroom with the most items will win an ice cream treat. 🙂

November 10: Fall Concert 2p.m. and 7 p.m. Students are to report to the classroom at 6:30.
November 11: Report cards go home
November 11-18: Canned Food Drive
November 12: Saturday School Begins
November 14-22: Family Life education
November 15: Turkey Trot 3:30
November 16: Turkey Trot Rain Date and PTA Skating party at Cavalier 6-8 p.m.

November 18: Spirit day- Black and Yellow Day. Honor Roll Assmebly. 5th grade’s assembly is 8:45 a.m.
November 23-25: No school, fall break
November 28: SRI point-drive Kick-off
November 30: Family Reading Night 6-7:30
** November 16, 22, and 30, we will be having a “Pennies for Homeless” Drive. Save up your pennies and silver coins for this! 🙂
